Yakclick is a software house in Kabul, delivering since 2013. We build and support six management systems — hospital, education, inventory, accounting, CRM and project management — and we develop custom software, web and mobile applications for organisations that need something built around their own way of working.
How experienced is Yakclick with hospital and education systems?
Our Hospital Management System runs in Akbar Urology Hospital, Adei Medical Complex, Adei Plus, Adei Baby, Adei Neno, Adei Eme, Adei Maternity and Ibadat Hospital. Our education platform runs schools, universities and training institutes, including Navi-Bakhter Educational Complex. These are live systems used every day for registration, clinical work, pharmacy, fees and finance — not pilots.

How long does implementation take?
A standard system goes live in 2–6 weeks: data migration, configuration, staff training, then a supervised go-live. Larger hospitals and universities take longer, mostly because of the volume of existing data.
What support do we get after go-live?
Phone and WhatsApp support, remote help, on-site visits in Kabul and Jalalabad, retraining for new staff, backups and version upgrades under an annual support agreement. Your data stays yours — you get full backups whenever you ask, in a format you can read without us.
